you can only stack 2 codes and no they're not on any cashback sites

I ordered in the Xmas/New year sale. (No later than 7th Jan I think) I got an email on 14th MARCH telling me my order was due to be despatched and then a refund, without explanation on 29th March.
That's really put me off now.
