What company does Perky operate? I would like to go and collect an invoice to add to my collection....then I could go down to the pub and get a picture of my wife and I having a great meal and drink with the money he would be expecting to receive.....:)

A PPC is not just for Christmas...with a few CCJ threats you should have enough toilet paper to last well into the new year.....

Controlled Parking Solutions I think. Ridiculously-named company like all of them, pretending that parking is the issue when MONEY is! :p
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

is there any income to be made collecting a few of these moody tickets, sending them a letter to desist harassment, then taking them to court when they dont stop?

    sounds like a good earner.

So who did you receive damages from ?
    And for what ?

Some mickey mouse outfit called C.P.S. They are run by an idiot who sets himself up to be sued. Even down to trying to con people into thinking its the Crown Prosecution Service. In fact he is sending out incriminating letters right as we speak, he just hasn't realised yet he is getting himself in deeper and deeper....

See if you can get a charge notice from them, Mr. Peterson! It will prove well worth your while!! ;)

Don't give up the day job! But you can earn yourself a good one-off payment especially if you sell the story to a national newspaper.:)

And no, don't instruct Graham White Solicitors.
