I'm the same, cannot use the body lotion or shower gel with is a shame as I love the smell. As someone in the earlier thread mentioned, I also cannot use Dove products at all either, although can use pretty much anything else.
Omg I am the same. Used sanctuary products for years then my mum bought me a set last Xmas but used the body lotion and my skin was on fire. Had to jump in the shower to try and wash it off And my skin was still burning. My oh tried it as the same happened to him. Threw all mine out and will not be buying it again
I would reply with email.. Thank you for your computer generated reply.. I am disappointed in the lack of customer services and expected better from a spa brand blah blah disappointed & let down blah blah and your likely to get a voucher sent out to you....
However also meant to say if you take your unopened ones with the one you have opened back to boots and say you have had allergic reaction they will exchange products for you.. They are great at that, even without a receipt.
