Help please with cashback querie
Hi there, its now time for me to send in my first cashback to osps but i have a little querie, when filling in the cashback claim form it asks cashback/gift claimed and im unsure as to what to put in there as on my screen shot the amounts just dont tally to the cashback - m4 claim £155.42, m8 £183.33 and then m12 £183.34 not forgetting the £3 i was supposed to recieve but havent = £525.09 (cashback) when the original deal was orange canary @ £30 a month and i have checked its only a 12 month contract and the deal was 9 months @ £1.99 then 3 at £30 so by my figures i should over the year get £252.09 cashback
Any thoughts?

Hi gk172,
To be quite honest, this looks like an error on the part of OSPS. I've seen some horrendous errors on the OSPS site in the past, I can tell you. Looking at the above details and knowing how OSPS usually split their cashbacks, I would expect your true cashback to be as follows:
£3 (auto), £83/m4, £83/m8, £83.09/m12
Could you possibly state which handset you purchased and when you purchased your mobile package?
I keep an archive of all the deals that I've listed on my site over the past year or so, along with all the cashback schedules. I could have a look at whatever info I have to see whether I had your deal listed on my site at some time in the past. If I did, then we can compare cashback details.
If you want a quicker response, you're best advised to email me directly (as I access MSE infrequently these days) - my email address can be found on my website, which is accessible from my MSE profile.
