Advice needed Recieved recorded delivery of nothing!!!!

    Done the same thing myself. Wrote some software and posted it off recorded delivery only to have the buyer say he had an empty case.

    Yep ......... the disc was still in the CD burner.

    It does happen. I just hope that your story has a happy ending. Good luck.
  • Recieved email from the seller this morning saying he has no idea what happened to the vouchers but he has resent yesterday afternoon, I am hoping this was just a genuine mistake and I will let you all know if I recieve them.
  • My partner once signed for an empty parcel..I was gutted, and the seller never anwered my emails.

    It's a growing scam unfortunately - and it takes advantage of the Paypal claims system - the seller has traceable proof of delivery, and that is enough for Paypal to reject the claim - contents or no contents!

    A guide was posted on Ebay a few months ago, but as yet it has not reached a level where Paypal feel compelled to review their policies.
