My cat has an admirer - advice please!

It all seems very normal for cats to go visiting each other, we have a regular visitor. He is a full tom and used to make a nuisance of himself chasing our cats and coming in and spraying.
Since two unspayed females joined our household and had their fertile time before we got round to spaying them he has fathered two litters here and has mellowed a lot. He just sits around with the girlfriends. In hope perhaps? Although they are spayed now and he won't be repeating his earlier fun. Once my daughter saw him sitting with the most recent mum and her babies and looking like the most delightful cat family.
I hope Maisie enjoys her friendship.
