    OMG, Talk about being dumb.

    The OP put:
" I wrote to them including a photocopy of the said ticket and my company letter stating if i hear from them again it will be passed to our solicitors and included a invoice from me to be paid by them in 30 days!!!!!"

    my reply was:

"The bit about your solicitor they know is just bluff and bluster, no one does that for small claims as it would cost more than the ticket and you would not be able to reclaim it."

Now do you understand ? Read it carefully, if there is anything there you do not understand ask your carers to assist.
I'm more perturbed why someone would go to the trouble of registering with MSE for the sole obsession of a parking invoice, then feel they need to go to the trouble of insisting others understand your obsession.

OP is happy with the result, OP chose to post about it, its one thing to have sour grapes about it, but to go to all the trouble of registering, just to argue the toss, is an unhealthy obsession.

Do you really think your input is being taken seriously, in the manner in which you wish it to be? I can assure you, OP will still be cheering about their result, along with other members who will continue to applaud them for their stance.

Your input as such serves only to satisfy your grinch, feel free to applaud yourself, just don't expect the rest of us to concern ourselves with a newbie's post that offers nothing but their own sour grapes. ;)

    Well Done OP :T:T:T:T

    So just to be correct.
You made a mistake on your reg number and they issued a charge as on their systems that vehicle did not have a valid ticket?
They then wrote to you and you decided to ignore, they wrote again and you did the same ?
On the 3rd occasion, for some reason you took offence and wrote a stroppy letter back making various threats that you would make them pay for your error, but most importantly you advised them that YOU had made a mistake when entering and that you did actually have a valid ticket.
They then reviewed it and agreed, then cancelled the charge.

Now if you have done that in the first place on receipt of the first letter as the entering in of the number was your fault then you would have got this dealt with sometime ago.

The bit about your solicitor they know is just bluff and bluster, no one does that for small claims as it would cost more than the ticket and you would not be able to reclaim it.

I really dont see what you are congratulating yourself for, you made a mistake originally, the parking company then wrote to you as that vehicle did not have a ticket, you then replied explaining it was a mistake and they cancelled it as it was a genuine mistake.

ppeterson1750 Really are a ray of sunshine aren't you?
Why this gets your back up I'd love to know!
and just for your information, I did reply to every occasion I got a stupid letter- and got no reply (surprise surprise) so this last time I contacted them I told them I would be in touch with my solicitors, which wasn't just 'bluff and Bluster' they do now actually have possession of the PCN's and find the wording in them quite hilarious 'we may do this, we may do that'

so go bother someone who really wants to listen to you, me for one I don't, and Yes I will congratulate myself till the cows come home and if that bothers you well then a life needs to be gotten!

Yes FA a bloody cheeky so and so :)

Perky must really be needing the money, has the HMRC woken up and is asking for some tax money from your little company (and as you've spent all the money on pies, private school fees, fast cars & holidays) you need the money fast?
