What car?
Can't decide between:
VW up
Fiat Panda (new one)
C1 (new one)
Ford KA (the Fiat one)
Kia Picanto or even Rio
have around 11k to spend
mostly driving around town but with the odd 100mile motorway trip
want A/C and Bluetooth + low tax/insurance & fuel efficient +50mpg (petrol only) and must be fun to drive

Avoid the Up. Too new so no deals and you will be the manufacturers testing service. In any event the Skoda citygo will be better value.
11k will buy almost two C1s, our Aygo is an excllent all round car.0 -
New Panda, looks an excellent car.0

I'd get the Panda, it is generally regarded to be the best in its class.
I'm not usually a fan of VW but I do like the new Polo but have you considered that?"The only man who makes money from a gold rush is the one selling the shovels..."0 -

True but it is mainly from the VW parts bin and it is good value if you look at the specs.
11k will buy almost two C1s,
Prices on the new one haven't been announced yet and cheap old ones you don't get A/c and bluetooth
new Aygo is around my target price with that spec

Yes that at the top of my list but TwinAir or 1.2

Polo is expensive with my spec and i don't need bigger (why i've also discounted the Fiesta)
the best in class is the Hyundia i10
Perhaps but is it not the same platform as the Kia Picanto0 -
got to admit,I have a soft spot for the Panda0

A new Aygo is available with good discounts from brokers. They aren't worth 11k.0

citreon !!!!, ford !!!!, Fiat !!!!, not sure about Kias but VW's last forever, they always hold their price, they are reliable, and cheap(ish) to run and repair...and if you was to have an accident, fiat and citreon will cave in like its made of tin foil....vw's are solid and will never let you down...
take this from a person whos had 14 cars in 10 years of driving, and iv owned 3 vw's
