Radiator Leaking help pls

Hi,
I wondered if someone could advise us on a water leak problem please.
Just discovered that one of our radiators (lounge) is leaking. I've taken a photo but not sure how to upload it here?
Basically there are the normal two what I think are "valves" at the bottom where the water goes into and out of. One of these has the thermostatic valve attached to it. Both of these are fine and not leaking.
But at the top on the right hand side is a weird looking sort of nut which has a white plastic bit on top of it which looks like it has a spout - hard to describe. It is held in place with a screw. It is not the spout which is leaking but the drips seem to be coming from here the nut bit joins the radiator. If anyone knows what this is and could help advise whether there is something we can do ourselves to fix this rather than having to call a plumber then would be very grateful.
It's not streaming but is dripping and the floor is fairly wet. We have a combi boiler. We used "milliput" to seal an outside pipe leak before, wondering if we could use this again here and if it would hold? Any advice gratefully received - thx in advance.
Happy to upload pics if anyone can tell me how?!

The thing you describe is the radiator bleed valve.
This is where you let the air out of the radiator.
If it is not the bleed nut that is leaking it must be the large nut.
Get a large spanner that fits it & try tightening the nut GENTLY....
wipe off the drips then check after a few minutes.....if it is still dripping try tightening again.
If after tightening its still drips then you may have to remove the nut & replace the 'O' ring........but that will be a bit bigger job.
