    Good morning.

Not a bad week this week but could have done A LOT better!!!

Spent £11.05 out of my £15 so please put down as under. This was spent on a couple of drinks, a cheap lunch in the canteen and my worst vice of all ..... fresh croissants in the morning!!! Need to cut this down this week - it is very naughty :p

Want to try and go swimming at least 3 times this week, have a couple of drinks out and a lunch so please put me down for £15 - although hopefully will come way under!!! This is all I've got in my purse anyway but pay day on Friday. :T

    Good luck everyone. :p

  • Well... I really failed at this!! I didn't really keep track of my spends as well as I should have!

But I will be back next week with another attempt! This money saving malarky takes some practice!

    Congrats to everyone else!

    Hi everyone!

Sorry I've been AWOL the latter part of this week.

I've not had a very good week emotionally speaking, I think largely because I stopped taking the new antidepressants after day 9 on them which was last Saturday, as I was having HUGE side effects to do with massive vivid dreams, terrible terrible sleeping (10 times worse than normal because the last couple of mmonths haven't been good either), it was HORRIBLE. I waswaking up each day thinking things had happened that hadn't and it's been very confusing. Still wearing off now. I spoke to the Dr Tuesday as that was my last dayof half days, and he said they were listed as side effects but were rare and he was very apologetic but he said I wasright to stop taking them. So started yet more new ones on Thursday as I had to have a break, but they've not kicked in yet and the old ones are definitely still with me, it sucks to be honest :( Feel ten times worse.

On Tue he also signed me off for another week's worth of half days, taking me up to next Tue, but Weds I had a REALLY bad day, to the point where I was crying in work on the phone to one of my engineers while talking him through stuff, it got noticed and my director called me up to see her and one of the managers and told me not to come back in - not to bother with a sick note and it's not leave but I'm getting paid and she doesn't think I should be in the office. So have been home AGAIN Thu and Fri,

Don't remember if I've said on here but they are being very generous and paying for a course of CBT for me (I work for a very large mental health care provider), which will be at our local hospital. They have got me an initial consultation some time next week, but I don't know which day yet, and basically I'm not to go back into work until I've had it. After that it's up to me what I do. Not feeling very normal at the moment but I'm sure the tablets have been instrumental in me taking a turn for the much much worse, I haven't been this down and crying so much since I was originally diagnosed in September  So it's not very nice.

To top it all I actually go to South Africa on the 30th, and am on leave from Thur 29th so there's only 8 more "working" days to get through anyway! I am looking forward to my holiday I must say, can't wait to just get there and be all chilled out and meet the lioon cubs and go on the game drive and at the end of it see two dear friends get married. It'll be lovely.

Speaking of, pp I won't be around from 30th March until 9th April - my flight gets in at 0805 on the 9th so I'll likely be on in the afternoon that day which is the bank hol Mon, but if it's ok can you do the thread as one of those weeks would have been mine! :D

Anyway, sorry for the long post!

    Deep breath!

So, I'm very red this week, lost track and am now at the point where I basically need to add up what I have left for the month and that's it! Payday is the 30th!!! D'oh! :rotfl:

I'll update the first post now, but I believe pp is back online to do the new week's thread, someone shout if I've got this wrong please!!! Really not all here at the moment, GAH!!!

    Night all
