Yes it is annoying, especially as Lloyds TSB who use the same software are able to display the statement balance perfectly.
The cynic in me thinks this might be deliberate to 'assist' customers in paying the wrong amount and incuring a bit of extra interest. Nah! Couldn't be ............0 -

Yes but if you request to be taken off their mailing list surely the internet side should be up to task?0 -

The worst website I've ever seen with the worse mobile app. I guess Halifax tries to compensate it with the absence of commissions on cash withdrawals and foreign exchange. Strangely, the website getting worse; now in order to see the exchange rate we have to wait for the statement.0

1) Do you realise this thread is from March 2012?
2) It's nowhere near the worst. Natwest and First Direct both have much worse online banking sites, and HSBC's mobile app is significantly worse than Halifax's.0 -

Can you not just do a simple division?1) Do you realise this thread is from March 2012?

I think FD's online banking is much better than Halifax / Lloyds. I don't even bother to customise FD's colour scheme any more0 -

What's so bad about it? I can't think of a single bit of information I need that isn't clearly displayed.
The only criticism I have is the very topic of this post - that Clarity shows as a "Standard Mastercard". But that itself is a complete non-issue when you realise there hasn't actually been a mistake and it is a Clarity card.0
