will take you to the support page for your unit. The link to download the manual is not working at present but if you click on the link there is also a link to email for assistance. Belkin have great support and usually get back to you quickly.
Sorry Phil51 only just seen your reply - great Idea I will drop them an email straight away - I will let you know how I get on and will post the info on here of how they tell me to reset it - that way if anyone else has the problem in the future they will have access to the info.
Best wishes VickyRemember is nice to be important but more important to be nice0 -
you usually have to hold the button in for 10-20 seconds to reset.Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0

When you did the reset did you press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds?
Another method is to try find the password through Telnet CLI (hopefully the telnet port is enabled by default and the Telnet password is the factory default).
To do this, on your PC go to Start --> Run and type in cmd and OK.
In the command prompt window type in telnet 192.168.2.1 and Enter.
See if it gives you access and asks for a password. If it does just hit Enter and see what happens.

Hi TOG
Thanks for the info - I pressed the reset button for 20 seconds and did it twice but the password still comes up as invalid.
I have tried the telnet thing and it comes up with login: then password:
If i just press return it says invalid.Remember is nice to be important but more important to be nice0
