Many thanks, their website seems to be a problem at the moment. Happen to be going past a lidls this weekend so it's great to plan, well that is hoping they have it in..

I'd also be interested to know if anyones tried the lidls own night cream, or for 99p I'll give it a go anyway.

Went there this morning, bought quite a few things including carrots and diced pork and minced beef. Didn't buy the chicken legs as it's cheaper in Asda at 1.79 per kilo.

We had some Italian friends who owned a restaurant and they swore by the Lidl olive oil. They bought cases of it when it was on offer.

I've been buying it for years. It's good stuff.

I bought the chicken 2 days ago and there we're actually 1.3kg in the package. Maybe they count it without the bones?

And how does the quality of the chicken compare?

    I've been Money Tipped!
I managed to get 2 packs of turkey breast steaks today and they looked lovely.
Got some carrots and hand cream (to try) and bought some butter fudge to try - my little Mothers Day pressie to myself (£1.25) - hope it's as nice as it looks!!

My chicken legs weigh 1112g in the freezer bag I put them in.
There are 6 in the pack.
I have bought them before, they are quite nice.
