Many thanks Londondreamer and nickyshopper.
Nickyshopper - Proloquo2go sounds interesting - expensive but as you say anything to help them communicate!0 -
Ordered one of these last night from tesco for the wife Birthday coming up, and used the £10 off code (which expires tonight).
Paid for it with my Tesco CC too, so I'll get Clubcard points for the purchase and extra points for using that card, oh, and Quidco.
Did think about the refurb one from Apple, but decided to pay the extra and get the brand new one - though couldn't afford the full extra for the 'New Ipad'.0 -
Excellent,ds wants one for his birthday. Thanks

Apple are only continuing to sell the 16 gb versions of the iPad 2. Once the stores who have stock of the larger capacity versions have sold out, I doubt you will see any more. The only way to get a bigger capacity one THEN is to buy the "new" iPad.0 -
This is highly tempting! I'd always said I didn't want or need one but the more I see of these I'd love one. I've also been considering an iPhone 4 but not in a great rush for that as my htc phone works ok so can hold back there for a bit but this does seem a good deal for an iPad. John Lewis out of stock but will have a think and consider this.Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Bear in mind that when stores do promotions on iTunes cards you could buy in bulk & save £40+ on that price
In answer to your earlier question I'd say the more memory the better if you're all going to be using it, although my son has had the smallest (16gb) iPad for over a year, has about 50 apps (including proloquo2go) and still has 5gb free.Quid quid latine dictum sit, altum videtur0 -

You can put part CC vouchers and part cash yes, but you can't just "use your points" - you have to wait for the quarterly CC mailing. If you have CC vouchers lying round at home or outstanding then yes you can put them towards your purchase.0 -
