mobility car

I find it disgusting that a tax payer funded vehicle is being used by someone to do food deliveries in order for them to make some money on the side(I bet he doesn't declare it)
It's an absolute diabolical micky-take of the people who ultimately pay for these things!!!
But you don't know this for sure. He could very well be an employee of the restaurant/take-away with his wages paid as per the NMW/PAYE regulations and not based on the tips from deliveries.
How his earnings are taxed, or if they are delcared at all, has absolutely nothing to do with him using the mobility car.[SIZE=-1]To equate judgement and wisdom with occupation is at best . . . insulting.

It is stated in the post that you quoted that she gets Attendence Allowance - you don't usually get DLA and AA. I think that there can be an exception for someone who gets high rate mobility component of DLA (received award before turning 65 and continued after that age) and also gets AA for care, but I could be wrong0
