hi bully, glad your grandkids got on Ok,i've worked nearly all my adult life even having to go back only a few months after having both my children ,had acouple of short spells of being unemployed but apart from that have always paid my tax & Ni ,i would rather my taxes etc were spent to help the likes of your grandkids rather than people who have not helped themselves to be healthier eg obese people who have a gastric band & then want a tummy tuck for cosmetic reasons etc ,i know in some situations it may not be the persons fault but some people could help themselves more .

I think you should get a lottery ticket tonight cos if it aint a fault on the system the chance of you getting another receipt like that is virtually the same as winning the Euro millions.
