Good morning folks.

Its a lovely sunny day today so far.

Welll we had drama's here last night. OH was brought home by ambulance. He had collapsed in the street about 5 minutes from home, he landed on his face unfortunately. Some passers by called an ambulance by which time he had woken up and refused to go to hospital so the ambulance brought him home.

The paramedic said he had heat stroke and dehydration and his temperature was high They had put a couple of dressings on his face but he had a bad cut on the bridge of his nose, we are not sure if its broken, but the paramedic said they don't do anything for broken noses anyway.

So all last night we had to follow instructions of keeping him cool, plenty of fluids, and then later cleaning all his cuts and re-dressing the 2 worst ones.

Well he feels a bit better today, is now sat in a chair and resting. Honestly men, they will be the death of us scaring me like that.

I don't think my heart can take much more to be honest.

Anyway, I did not come on here to post any of the ^^^^^ it has just found it's way out I guess.........

How awful that her mouth is infected but I am sure the antibiotics will kick in slowly and deal with it. All you can do is give her lots of liquidised type foods and lots to drink. Ask the doctor for some of those drinks that have extra calories and vitamins in.

I am so sorry you lost a child, I think thats every mums worst nightmare. My son got meningitis when he was 5and I remember the fear I felt, he was fine luckily, no lasting damage as spotted very quickly and it wasn't the worst type of meningitis.

Please don't worry about telling your friends on here about your fears or worries, everyone will send you lots of (((hugs))) as most of us have children, big or small they are still our children.

Try and look after yourself, so you don't get too tired or stressed hun.

I've been to sleep:p:p:p Out of all my email addy's I only had the clover coupon in one of them, which was my blueyonder (virgin) one. Maybe email addys where you can get multiple accounts (google/yahoo/hotmail) are not sent coupons.

I've just heard themen#s football team lost their game against Senegal:eek::eek: I bet more woman than men win medals for us:cool::cool:

Blue they drew 1-1 but they might as well have lost although they should have had a penalty apparently DH wasn't happy the Senagal team made some bad tackles another ref would have sent them off:eek: DH's opinion not that he is biased:D:rotfl:
