 http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=53787743&postcount=967
I know a few of you use this and there has been a lot of chat on the 11+ thread this afternoon seem tosco finally reining it in.
Basic of it are now capped at £10 per voucher and you have to buy at least 8 items ike asda now and somehow they are going to link it up with clubcard which could kill it off for wombling i guess0

            thanks CM
 heres link to terms
 https://www.tescopricepromise.com/Pricepromise/pages/tsandcs.aspx
seems to be a mix of Asda & sainsburys with a small bit of there own
do T's not want peoples business, they seems to get worse & worse
and if they can change terms surely they can check reciepts quicker like asda
main changes- For a comparison to be made, your shop must contain at least 1 comparable grocery product and at least 8 different items in total.
- Comparisons will be made on a maximum of 10 of the same comparable grocery products. For example, if a customer purchases 11 of the same comparable grocery product, the Tesco Price Promise will only compare the price of the first 10 against Asda.

Tesco operates a fair use policy on Tesco Price Promise. As such:- The number of Tesco Price Promise requests is limited to 10 per calendar month per household and the total amount of Tesco Price Promise Vouchers that can be claimed is limited to £100 per calendar month per household.
- The maximum value of an individual Tesco Price Promise Voucher is capped at £10.
- Only one Tesco Price Promise Voucher may be redeemed per household per day.
 - The Tesco Price Promise is available to all Tesco Clubcard members. Any customer who is not a Clubcard member can become a Clubcard member at www.tesco.com/clubcard (restrictions apply).
- We have the right to withdraw or amend the Tesco Price Promise at any time without notice.
- Where we suspect that any false or fraudulent claim or one abusing the spirit of the Tesco Price Promise scheme is being made, we reserve the right to refuse to issue or redeem a Tesco Price Promise Voucher.
- To prevent abuse we reserve the right to verify any Tesco Price Promise Voucher before redeeming in store or online.
- Tesco employees are entitled to use this service. All price comparisons will be made before your Privilege card discount has been applied (if used).
