Just had another prawn dish our appetiser before dinner @ 8.30-9pm tonight we are having chinese takeaway when DS1 hockey lesson & DD2 swimming lesson finito:D.

1 juice of lime or lemon

2 packets of cooked prawns mixed with seafood sauce as much as you like & juice lemon or lime.

    Cut/strip/chunk:

2 strips of spring onion from conservatory
    1 whole apple
    2 fresh tomatoes
    cabbages
    1/2 cucumber

mix & arrange all salads .

End result : yummy;) total cost to make priceless:p:p:p all from my shareholder shop.

Always remember to devein prawns it does not matter cooked or raw it must always be removed before eating cos' we are not that desperate to eat the poo :D:D

To devein a prawn, make a slit along the middle of the back work from top to tail to expose the dark vein. Pull out the vein (if its raw) and if its cooked prawns you need to wash it under the very very slow tap.

Not all cooked prawns has the poo you can always find a few on the tail part where the trout too lazy to removed it:rotfl:

Off to do 2nd lot of comps now. you know where to find me...

    Afternoon Everyone :)

Not much of interest left in Asda today but did see KTC chopped tomatoes 4 x £1 - these were on one of the aisle ends right at the back of the store. Not sure if already mentioned.

Noticed in Morrisons this week they had the KTC Chopped Toms / Chick Peas / Kidney Beans even cheaper than Asda at 20p/can. And the 10kg of Basmati rice for £8 is a really good deal too.

Today noticed the Country Life butter in Morrisons for £1; they have some good offers every now and again! Oh and the McVities double pack of JaffaCakes for £1 was another corker :D:D:D.

    hi RB
this comes up every now and then, its more likely another store manager/staff making up their own rules again , rather than tesco wide stoppage.

    so wouldn't worry to much:D:D
