Doc I have had a look at the photo but I can't see close enough (you may be able to on the original photo) but they don't look like pal they should have a inch big square on the top left of the front cover with PS sign in it and under that a rectangle with pal in it. If they are NTSC games it wouldn't be a prob playing them on a ps1 but would cause probs on a ps3.

If you have listed them as pal and they are not you would need to either ask him to post back at your cost or destroy but afraid you would be best refunding all money otherwise would make for a very unhappy buyer

If he opened a PayPal claim he would win as item not as described

Your right IS she needs to refund the postage as well unless she wants a negative against her. Doc IF you want to sell on ebay again succesfully then you not only need to refund the buyer the full dosh they paid including postage you need to grovel a bit:eek::eek::eek: You are the one who is in the wrong as I guess your games are from a foreign country and won't work on some English stuff like you said they would so if you don't want a negative and bad feedback you have to say sorry, here's a full refund including postage and IF you want them back you also have to pay for the return postage.:( If you have no dosh in paypal then you have to put the amount you need for the refund in from your bank and explain to the buyer it will take a few days because your doing this (apologise for delay again:eek::eek:). Paypal are gonna side with the buyer so your gonna have to refund in full, it's just whether you want it to effect future selling or not. You would want a full refund including postage if you bought something which didn't work yes?

Gotta agree with BW Doc, think you are gonna have to take this one on the chin:( Full refund and keep product TBH (Think it's called R&R:rotfl:;)), if they try to smash the disks by snapping them and they shatter injuring themselves they could also say your fault cos no refund with out proof blah blah.....Best put it down to experience, obviously if you also want to pay for them to return so you can resell then it's your choice ...... soz hun
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)

Morning PM - sorry to hear you are still under the weather.

I am fine at the moment, got DS home for the weekend, :j:jdad slightly better, although still a poorly man but at least he is at home. Just hoping this good weather will help him feel better, although he was so cold yesterday. Mentioned it to DS last night and he suggested dad having chat with GP to see if some of his tablets are not working properly. Will try and arrange this for him at the beginning of the week.

Looking forward to a lovely day with DH & DS - bit of shopping this morning, then sitting in the garden this afternoon. :)
