seems i may have got startings of tonsillitus:( so off to bed now, never seem to get there as early as planned though

Hi PM you really do have my sympathy atm :A and hopefully will feel a lot better soon.

I felt much better today got out for my walk got some tidying up done still got a lot too do as done absolutely nothing since Tuesday as too weak. Hoping will sleep well tonight as haven't since Monday evening.

:hello: MT my advice is get yourself tucked up into bed preferably with some hot honey and lemon and some paracetomal and get as much rest as you can. AND STAY RESTING TOMORROW take care of yourself :A:A:A

MT, gargle with dispersible aspirin. Will give you quick relief. I had tonsillitis recently and my GP suggested I do this. It really helped. I can post you some if you are too ill to get to the chemist

does anyone have a half price off boots sunglasses voucher please? I had one and only recently threw it away, and today a lady at work was studying the sunglasses in boots and told me she had never got the voucher. would like to help out.
