Hope you're feeling a bit better today AH.

Just entered the rest of the receipts I wombled yesterday and managed to get another £3.42 so not a bad day at all (apart from the weather of course).

I am about to make a purchase from Dixons but before I do, does anyone know of any discount codes about at present? I have tried to look on MSE but don't seem to be having any joy.

Does it have to be Dixons as Currys are part of the same group and possibly sell what you want and there is quite a few codes on Quidco
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Thanks Blue. I wanted to buy a Freesat+ box and the cheapest I can find it is £217 online at Dixons or Laskys. Unfortunately, Curry's price is £249.99 so I think I would still be better buying it from Dixons. I have never heard of Laskys.

do currys still do the price match? where if you find it cheaper somewhere else you have to bring in proof and they refund the difference?

they do, but not to dixons as part of same group

Thanks quoia - the actual model I was after was Humax Foxsat HDR500 which is £219.95 on the Richersounds website. I have never heard of this company either but it is nice to know that other people have used them and are recommended. Also their extended warranty looks good.

    Evening everyone:)

Thankyou everyone for your good wishes :A & MT only you could find the appropriate pic to post this really cheered me up couldn't help but smile you know me so well:D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I didn't sleep very well, but walking on it easier than yesterday just not very good with stairs yet, muscles aching today mainly thighs, left shoulder & arm also back twinging. Going to wait until Tues then can see a GP rather than spend hours at A&E at BH and maybe by then will feel alot better:A as they say time a great healer.

Got guest coming tomorrow so had to tidy up a bit today but called them and agreed we will send out for Pizzas etc so me not need to do a lot of prep and cooking :j.

Genmod haven't used Richersounds myself as don't have one near, but have heard alot of good things about them as a company over the years HTH.

AH - hope your leg is feeling better soon. Deff reccommend arnica for the bruising, but be sure to get it checked just in case.

Finally managed to use my £10 off £80 in Tacto today....£15 on food, rest on clothes...now I wonder if any of them will fit...;) also a couple of mid-sized wombles so will enter those when I get a chance.

Also picked up another 4 x 10p fajita spice packets in B&M...will go nicely with my mission wraps from A$da :D
