I noticed the other day when checking my Asda receipt with APG, the prices on screen were not the prices I paid on my receipt, but they were still cheaper than the other supermarkets, so no call required from my end. Have another receipt to check now, will hopefully generate a £5 off voucher ;).

    Poundsinbucks x

Was your receipt dated the 26th? If so it might be worth putting it in again when quoia has sorted Asda as it might give you a bigger voucher
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I might get something off my £203 receipt after all:j:j:j If they correct the error then does it correct the APG even though it is now in their system after being checked? Will you tell all when you have called them?
    Thanks btw:beer:

Just been on the phone for 25 minutes

    VAT

Checked a lot of receipts and EVERY item that is VAT applicable has the WRONG price (VAT EXCLUDED) on the APG check SINCE 14:03 on 26th March

The EX-VAT figure is JUST for ASDA
Tesco Sainsburys Morrisons etc. figuers are STILL INC. VAT

    A 12:30 receipt for 26/3 is fine

Dog Food, Crisps, McVities, Lemonade, Fruit Juice - all correct

After 14:03 on 26th and on the 27th

    Baker's Dog Food £1.67 (£2)
    Toothpaste £1.66 (£2)
    Caramel Wafer 33p (40p)
    Easter Egg 83p (£1)
    Robinson's Squash 83p (£1)
    Baco Foil 83p (£1)
    Right Guard Deodorant £1.67 (£2)
    Febreze £2.50 (£3)
    Popcorn 83p (£1)
    Evian water £3.05 (£3.66)
    Coca Cola £2.08 (£2.50)

I'm not checking any more receipts UNTIL I KNOW IT'S FIXED

I'll just keep trying one of the old ones

If you look at your receipt(s) the LAST COLUMN after each price

    D = NO VAT
    V = VAT

IF your receipt has "V"s on it AND the check has compared this/these items (ie NOT N/A) then your APG is WRONG

NO APG MIGHT BECOME SOME APG
SOME APG SHOULD BECOME EVEN MORE APG

Thanks for the explanation Quoia, did a targetted shop on Sunday (25th) and noticed discrepancies so called the number on Sun and they sending a moneycard for £3 to make up difference (Was only 34p + 20p but graciously accepted £3 for my trubs) - Was my first APG so wasn't impressed at discrepancies but at least they are onto it now..

Hmmm now do I re-enter or keep my lower value incorrect APG :o
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)

The m4rtin who used to post on here but disappeared would probably re- enter the receipt even if just out of curiosity, but I don't know about you:p:p

How's things, are you any better?

It's not fixed up to now as the dettol is still showing as £8.32

Can you confirm that these were definitely VAT items ?

Only the 25th is fine - well at least on over a dozen receipts that I've checked - as are all mine for the morning of 26th

Any chance there was a price change - this happens for the most on a Sunday at Asda
