I have seen somewhere today on mse that people were complaining their APG prices were wrong. I have just got a wrong price for todays shop on the Dettol no touch

1 x Dettol No Touch Hand Wash System Aloe Vera & Vitam.. .£8.32 £5.00

I paid £9.98 for it not £8.32 and my supermarket has it at £9.98. It wouldn't have been too bad if it wasn't 3 diff receipts that I have bought one on and so a total loss of over £5:( The size 6 super dry nappies don't compare with Sainsbury's either, so not a great shop.

:( my prices are wrong to and not just on the dettol, on a toothbrush aswell. Are you going to call them tommorow?

I wasn't going to call them on this occasion as I thought it was a bit too complicated for them with me having 3 receipts. I was just gonna take the loss tbh as I used apg's and coupons for everything nearly. I am considering taking one of the dettol back, but not all 3 as I don't want 3 receipts scribbled all over them and money back for one covers my losses. If something doesn't compare then I usually take the hit but this is a bit different as it is a price error.

How much have you lost on the toohbrush?

    I know why :j I know why :j I know why :j

I'll be calling them in the morning (like I did yesterday for some other "error" in their system)

DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR RECEIPTS dated 27/3

OR 26/3  (Just getting mine out of the bin )

I might get something off my £203 receipt after all:j:j:j If they correct the error then does it correct the APG even though it is now in their system after being checked? Will you tell all when you have called them?
    Thanks btw:beer:
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

    Of course :)

They'll have to "reset" the system so that you, (me,we) can "re-enter" the same receipt details a 2nd time and get it to generate a "NEW" total

(currently it only does it JUST once when the details are first entered and it "stores" this information and then retrieves exactly the same details should you put the same numbers in again)

The "FAULT" occurred on 26/3 between 12:30 when it was "OK" and 14:03 when it "wasn't" :D

    Morning All

washing machine going again, I can finally see the bottom of both washing baskets! Ours and DS' :j:j:j yay to the lovely weather, pft to the ironing involved!

Well am at home again.... DS was ill at nursery yesterday, took him to Drs, she said he is not allowed to go nursery for the rest of the week. He has swollen glands, a sore throat (you couldn't tell by the amount he is talking!) a temperature, a fever...and his body is reacting to it all, so not good.

At least I will have all the washing done by the end of the week. Now just to stay on top of it.

Next step to get garden and house in order.
