Hi booked a flight from JFK to Dublin for 3 people at the end of February and now in first week in March they price of the flights has dropped by $100 per flight!! Does anyone know if I can claim this back somehow from the airline or a credit card? I paid with Amex?

There is no point in looking at prices once you have bought a non-refundable air ticket.0

No, you can't claim it back.
It's similar to buying a jacket and seeing it half price in the sales the following week. You have to grit your teeth and bear it.
You have my sympathy. Sometimes buying an airline ticket feels like playing Deal or No Deal.0
