- Do I have to pay for it?
- If not, will I get negative feedback?
- Anyway of getting out of it?

No one can force you to pay and a seller can't leave you negative feedback. However think for one moment about the seller who has paid fees to list, paid fees to sell it to you and has lost the opportunity to sell it to someone else.
All seller can do is go through the NPB system on you, and two unique strikes will mean effectively you will not be able to buy from most sellers on ebay.
It is probably best to email the seller explain you've been a bit stupid and don't actually want the item, and ask if they will do a mutual.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Agree with soolin
I had one of these a couple of weeks ago and the buyer was apologetic and since it was an auction on a free listing weekend, I agreed to a mutual.
So just message the seller and see what happens0 -
Have a look in your purchaced history, if there is nothing in there then there is nothing to pay for.0

Thank you, I know I have to pay as I got the email through.0

How did you manage to buy 2 item by accident?
All you can do is ask the seller/s if they'll send you a cancellation when you agree to it they will get their FVF's back, they will however lose their listing fees.0 -

I would imagine that this is just the tip of the iceberg so to speak. That code only lasted a few hours. There will of been people trying it for hours after. Comitting to buy and applying the code, if they confimed the order after that then they will probably be getting an invioce.0 -
So the sellers lose their listing fees & ebay make much more than the £5 vouchers.0

Were the items bought by accident or was it a case of changing your mind?
The seller can open a Non Paying Bidder case and you will receive an unpaid item strike but they can not leave you negative feedback.
You do not have to pay but it would be best to message the seller and explain that you do not want the item and agree to cancel the sale, rather than keep the seller holding on.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0 -
I bought an item on buy it now with the code and although I confirmed paypal it did not go through.
I contacted the seller and explained and they immediately cancelled the transaction. I was very impressed with them and will use them in the future.0
