.................... If you buy cheap tat then you get cheap tat. it doesnt always follow that if you pay more for quality you get it but that is where a little bit of research helps.
It usually works through though, if you want to sell cheap tat, you quickly get dropped from the market.
So not the best corporate direction to choose as a manager, unless you can rake in your bonuses and pension, then retire with a golden handshake.
The main problem for the customer with companies employing double glazing sales techniques is that insurance is usually more important in the scheme of things, but then fortunately also has better regulation to cover the mess they can leave you in.0 -
No, if you're the cheapest in the market, you sell a lot more policies so people go on cost cutting measures. You may value a bit of quality Mikey but most customers do not and only want to pay the lowest amount they can.
If people really did want expert insurance people answering the phone they would have to be prepared to pay much higher premiums. The very fact the government felt the need to get the OFT to investigate a loss making market shows that they aren't.0 -

yep just normal insurance terms unfortunately. Basically if you didnt have NCB protection, your premium would have gone up alot more and you would have seen the NCB step back by 2yrs. So it would have been alot worse.0
