Hi I have recently bought a new W300i "robbie Williams edition. its a brilliant phone however I really want to get rid of all the Robbie williams stuff,ie screen savers, video clips etc. When I try to delete it says you are unable to delete them,I have tried using factory reset but the all are still there.I know I shouldnt have bought the RW edition but it was cheaper.

It needs debranding - you can do it yourself with the right cable and paying for access to a server, though it may be easier to get it done at a market.
Costs around £100 -

Do you know of any good debranding websites?0 -
If you are ok with reflashing, (but as you are asking I guess not), then you can do it yourself by buying a credit and using the server.
But if you are worried about it (you can easily kill a phone if you make a mistake) it will be better to get it done professionally.
A credit for the server costs around £8, and you need a cable.
Google for debrand W300i and you'll find lots of info.0 -
