Which part of the bill needs to go to e2Save or OSPS?
This is a silly question but do I need to send in copies of just the front page, showing the dates/amounts, or do they want the front and back showing the breakdown etc?
I'm sending in the first claim to both e2Save and OSPS and I don't want them to be able to reject it on some spurious technicality! I'm also sending in a copy of the original invoice/offer terms.

It's the top 2 sheets that you will need to send it (the line rental amount and then the breakdown of the line rental). Don't forget to fill in the cashback redemption voucher correctly and send that along with the photocopied bills.
You may want to add a short cover letter, stating that you are claiming for your 1st cashback claim and telling them what you have included in this claim, the phone number you are claiming for, order and/or your reference number and your contact details. I don't think you will need to send them your original invoice showing the terms for the offer.
Send your claims separately and use Recorded Delivery (as a minimum).0
