I've got claims open from ebookers (who are shown with the Fat Cheese Guarantee Seal) from April 2011, and they still aren't paid.
According to the T&Cs quoted above they should have been paid, even ahead of them receiving the cashback, but they haven't.
How long does a "Fat Cheese Guarantee" claim have to be open before you can call them thieves and liars? (Would a year and a half fit the bill?)0 -
Payment request for £65 put in Dec11th 2012, nothing received to date, tickets going unanswered, no sign of life within the site whatsoever.:(0
