Fat Cheese - fat chance!

I've had a couple of claims open for nearly a year now at Fat Cheese, and they simply don't respond to queries.
I've just sent the following request for an update on my claim.
In the meanwhile, my advice is stay away from them and stick with the more reliable cashback sites (I find Quidco and TCB to be reliable, and I'm waiting to see what imutual turns out like when some cashback becomes due).
I've just sent the following request for an update on my claim.
Hello.
I made this purchase almost a year ago, but it has still not been paid, despite me raising the claim last April.
You claim a 90 days payment speed on this merchant, but I have been waiting over 300 days.
You give this merchant the Fat Cheese Cashback Guarantee, which says "Fatcheese promises to pay you cashback when you complete your purchase with any merchant who has the Fatcheese Cashback Guarantee Seal.", but I have not been paid my cashback on purchases of nearly a year ago.
Your help page says "Customer service is something very close to our heart at Fatcheese. With our fast response rates and helpful support services - including our live chat facility - we aim to always give you a high-level customer service experience.", but I have not had a response to several requests for an update regarding this claim.

I'd say the clue was there all along in the name!
I've only tried tcb so far. Seems good, though I've had issues with my first couple of items
Is quidco worth trying? What's imutual? The path to enlightenment is a yellow fruit0 -
Nothing has been updated since the end of December and they don't reply to any messages whether emailed or via their ticket system.
Has anyone had any monies confirmed this year???0 -

Just wanted to bump this and inform people they stopped using Twitter last September.
They've also pulled their forums.MBNA CC: -£8390
Father-in-law loan: -£4500
Student loans: -£17,120
Total debt: -£30,010 :mad:0 -
Tracking stopped for me, on March 17th. I've sent a couple of messages, but no reply yet.
Does anyone else have this problem with Fatcheese?0 -
Yes, nothing has tracked their for me since then. And nothing confirmed this year.0

I've been looking back through my pending list, and there's some stuff there from August 2011 onwards. Not a huge amount of cash. Only £12 total pending, up to March, when tracking stopped.
I've just withdrawn £5.37 [now pending payment], just in case Fat Cheese goes moldy...0 -
Requested payment of £15, two weeks ago, nothing received, no answer to the ticket i submitted either, doesn't bode well0
-
Oddly, a number of transactions have now tracked [mostly Cheapr Dealz], and I now have another £5.42 awarded.
I can't claim it till the last claim has been paid, so I don't think I'll be seeing this cash either.
I started using imutual a short while back. For the time being, they seem to be pretty good. I've had a couple of payouts of around a fiver, so far...0 -

Could be. But the fatcheese.co.uk domain is registered to a company called Kamzam Ltd which, funnily enough, has the same address. The reference to Fatcheese Ltd being a 'dormant company' would imply that it was never more than a placeholder which has now been deemed surplus to requirements by its owners.0
