Well the time is right to leave, their broadband has failed at least 5 times in the last month leaving us without internet all day.The phone charges are ridiculous as well, we only have the basic tv. Who do people recommend moving to and are there any good offers out there?
we have gone well over the contract,so no problems there.
Thanks

Hi,
We have decided to leave Virgin because of their price hikes too, but we need unlimited internet. Go along to Quidco, they are offering cashback of between £100 - £150 at the moment if you take up sky.
I think we will be going for the broadband and line rental package with £100 cashback, it means we will only be paying £20 + line rental for the whole year. We wont be having the tv package as I'm determined to get my aerial sorted out and use my freeview tv.
Hope this helps, if you dont need unlimited broadband or tv then talk talk and plusnet are doing some half price deals at the moment.0 -
How does the process work do i cancel Virgin first before going to Sky and will we be without services in the meantime?0

If you are on Virgin cable then there is nothing to stop you ordering Sky broadband and TV now.
Virgin's cable network is completely independent of Sky's, so if you want you can delay cancelling Virgin until the Sky is up and running.
You will of course need a land line installed or reactivated for Sky broadband. make sure you can get Sky Unlimited (LLU) broadband at your exchange. That gum you like is coming back in style.0
