    Go into File, Page setup... in IE. Maybe something has messed your margins or page size up.
    Worth trying another browser if you can, but it's probably something pretty simple in the page layout.

    Sorry to butt in but I have a similar problem. Mine is a Canon
    Wireless and the documents I have done so far have, at the
    top, "document" and, at the bottom "page1". How do I get rid
    of them.

    Also, I have not mastered the right margin and when I run over where it should be, then correct it by use of the return button the final document looks awful with the first word of the next line starting in the left margin. Hope you know what I mean.

    Thanks for the suggestions. I have installed firefox and reinstalled the printer and it seems to be working now
    You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D

    It was a post that has subsequently been deleted. I reported it as spam too!

    Glad you got it sorted. If you really wanted to fix the IE problem, as it currently doesn't sound like it will print any page, it is almost certainly be the Page setup which is wrong. However, Firefox is a fine browser, so you may just be happy to stick with that going forward.
