I am having problems with my printer. It is a wireless HP and when trying to print a Royal Mail order, it is just printing page 1 of 1 at the top and the file name at the bottom
I can print word documents etc, but not this. Any suggestions ?

Did the page contain a print button or did you just use the browser print button, there is normally a print button/link on the confirmation screen4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . It's something I print on a daily basis. I have run the printer's test page and it's fine, but can't print anything off the internet, so think it must be a problem between the computer and printer.
I have run the troubleshooter option on the printer, and it said that it was not the default printer and has now set it, but still won't printYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Which HP model printer is it?
Is it hp eprint enabled?0 -
It's a HP Photosmart Premium C310 series. Sorry, how do I check if it is eprint enabled ?
It has been working fine until now, so no idea what has changed. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

Yes its eprint enabled:)
If you didn't know then its prob not set up!
As I was asking if it was, to see if you could print this way or not.
Is it only the royal mail you're having problems printing from, or is it all web sites?0 -
I can't print from any website. I have been printing the Royal Mail order every day for the past few months. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0

Can you print documents that you already have stored on your pc, like say a letter you wrote to someone, and saved a copy, can you print that?
Which browser are you using?
i.e firefox, chrome, safari etc etc0 -
Sounds like it's your browser page setup that's the problem.
What browser are you using? Check the print preview if it has one. If it is as you are getting printed then the problem doesn't lie with the printer as it is printing what it's told to.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. I am using Internet Explorer. Print preview shows exactly what it is printing, just the page no and file name
I can print word documents that I have created, but nothing off a websiteYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Can I suggest trying a different browser, as this maybe a problem with IE.
I don't use IE personally, so not sure of a solution if its IE causing the problem.
But by using a different browser will identify if IE is at fault here:)0
