Premier Inn Complaints Contact? Anyone got one?

Preferably not a phone number please.
Postal address will be fine. Email will be fine.
I had an issue with Travelodge a year or so ago & someone was able to provide an email address here on MSE & it helped a lot.
Stayed with Premier Inn once before & they were fine. Just stayed again this week & it was quite awful, so i'd just like a contact point for their complaints team.
Thanks.

How about LennyHenry@premierinn.com
Failing that, this form should do it.

Try phoning the hotel you stayed in they will give you a contact email.
i stayed in a premier inn Edinburgh Morrison St our room was over looking a pub and we were aware of some noise at closing time.
we mentioned this in an email and within 3 days the manager was on the phone apoligising and refunded our money under thier good night sleep garentee.just because you are paranoid doesnt mean to say they are not out to get you0 -
tight scotsman - by email, do you mean the above link shaun provided (& i don't mean the Lenny Henry one)? Or did you get a direct email?0

I've used the form in the post above just in case there's a deadline for complaints.
EDIT: Is there any way to specify you want an UPSTAIRS room? Or is it get what you're given? My experiences with downstairs rooms have largely been awful. Extremely inconsiderate folk leading to an awful nights sleep, be it people running down the corridors during the early hours shouting & screaming, or elephants in the room above stomping around.
Don't think we've ever had a poor stay when we've stayed in an upstairs room.0 -

Only way you can be assured of an upstairs room would be if you checked in early on the day of stay.
The later you leave it, the less choice you will have with rooms. You can check in I think from 2pm on the day. As all rooms are the same, they just give them out on a first come, first served basis. If you check in at 9pm, you get what you have been given.
You are always better complaining whilst there. They have the guarantee of a good nights sleep. I got a refund when I stayed in a noisy one in Birmingham one time.0 -
Email address is guest.relations@premierinn.com
The only way also to request an upstairs room is calling the contact centre, or the hotel directly as they told me they can only request it as rooms are sorted out on the day.
Hope this helps0 -
That's brilliant, thanks a lot.
An early check in is impossible unfortunately (unless we take holiday days from work, but then that eats into the annual leave which we like to use for full weeks off). We generally go for the weekend to see the in laws. By the time we finish work at 5:30-6:00pm (usually, but can be later), it's then a 3 hour drive until we land, so we're always getting there 8:30-9:30.
Just a bit gutted as we could've had a poor nights sleep at Travelodge for about £45 less!!0 -
welisten@premierinn.com is the one they give out on facebook.
Premier Inn are usually quite good with requests, phone up the hotel the day before and ask them. Keep in mind that rooms are usually assigned in the morning so rocking up and changing at 6pm could cause them problems.0 -
Well to update...
I contacted the email addresses provided (minus Lenny Henry) & also via the website.
I got a response & was told i would that i would get £111.00 refund (which equated to the 2 nights stay but not the £2 for using a credit card to pay - which was fair enough). They specifically gave the figure of £111.00 in the email saying i would be refunded this amount.
I get a letter through today from the Premier Inn i stayed in regarding the refund .......... £56.00.
Some way short.
Contact email has now been sent off asking what's going on. If i'd have been promised £56 then fair enough, but i wasn't - i was told specifically i'd receive £111 back on my card.0
