Problems With Billing- T Mobile
I started an 18 month contract with tmobile last september, so am stuck with it another year yet.
I was a bit skint last month so when I saw the option online to pay my bill quarterly I changed it to that thinking it would be paid in another 3 months giving me time to get the money together, however, it turned out it had to be paid in advance (I should have known really as contracts are always in advance) but it didn't say anywhere, so when I tried to change it back to pay monthly it said that my bill had just been produced so I would still have to pay the 3 months upfront. I rang them to explain and they said they would revise my bill & cancel the direct debit til the next month & then one months would come out.
The last couple of days I've been receiving texts from them saying my payment was late & to pay immediately to avoid suspension.
I rang them & was told that the bill still should have been paid, I explained that 2 different members of their staff had said it would be left for one month then paid the next but apparently it will still be suspended if the bill is not paid soon.
What should I do?

If you're going to stalk me, while you're at it can you cut the grass, feed the dog & make sure I've got bread & milk in

Pay. I can't see why the direct debit was cancelled. Presumably they want one month at the moment0
