woody,,think about it, how the hell can you get a ccj from a scam,,i know where your gf is coming from,, re her job, i was in the same position a couple of years ago,, but when i and alot more of us on here ,relaxed, and realised,absolutely no way could anything happen to us from a scam/ fake ticket/loo paper/unenforceable invoice whatever.0

To get a CCJ the following needs to happen:
1 - The PPC takes you to court
2 - They Win
3 - You refuse to pay what the judge orders to pay within 28 days
The chances of 1 are pretty rare (unless it's Hasbeen), 2 is very very rare and if it did happen you can sort out a payment plan to the scammers. The chance of them taking you anywhere near a court is the same chance as Italy has got at winning the 6 nations this year0
