It has Integrated Graphics. So if after testing with Ubuntu you are still having problems, you can remove the Graphics card and test the system with the Graphics chip on the Motherboard.
As aforementioned, you don't need to spend much on a card if it proves necessary, nor even upgrade your PSU if you purchase a card with a heatsink as opposed to a fan.0 -
Tested the PC taking the card out and it fired up fine - so it was just a problem with the card.0
