Why do people get all emotional on this darn program?
Lets put this in to perspective now
- it's effectively a game of luck!! If the higher value boxes go then surely you knew the risk when you damn well applied for the program? so stop crying!
- it's not your money your playing with, so if you go home with anything above £0 then you've won, now stop being be so pathetic - you've also had your fun and moment in the spot light!
Why is TV so poor on a Sunday!

The worst ones are the ones who deal at ~£10k and then start crying because they had £50k in their box...
You've just won £10k you muppet, why are you crying because of what could have been?
They only seem to pick a "certain type of person" for that show (drama kings and queens who'll make "good TV" - or so they think!).0 -
*sneaks back out of the Victor Meldrew room*Herman - MP for all!0

Take a look on youtube at some clips of the earlier series of the show and it is completely different.
All this dream factory, west wing, east wing etc..etc...nonsense is non existant and Noel Edmunds is completely different in his presenting style as well.
The whole thing was getting so cringeworthy I stopped watching it.
Like, Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Weakest Link, the show is now getting very long in the teeth.
If you are going to watch it, have a sick bucket next to the sofa.0 -

my wife watches this load of old tosh too
no chance of getting my tea before it finishes
i agree poeple are so ungratefull they deal at 10k and then start to bubble when they find out they have more in their box
ps. before anyone asks im barred from the kitchen unsupervisedjust because you are paranoid doesnt mean to say they are not out to get you0 -
Cant stand the prog. although my OH watches it. I could condense the whole show down to 2 minutes.
Its the old 'I can feel it that £xx is in that box that is so silly, its a game of chance !!!!!!
Stupid, stupid people.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
This show is the most annoying show on TV, and I'm made to watch it when I visit either Grandmother unfortunately.
It really is the Noel Edmonds show. When a contestant wins big, and it's the end of the show, the camera zooms on Noel and I swear he looks exactly like Ricky Gervais in the Office when Neil does his Saturday Night Fever dance (if anyone doesn't know, jealousy that the spotlight isn't on him!)
And I agree with the poster about east wing, west wing, death boxes, curses, pilgrims etc...It's being turned into cult viewing rather than anything else the way Edmonds presents it. It's like a huge pantomime!
Finally...if I hear him say once more 'This could be one of the most amazing games we've ever had on Deal or No Deal' the remote will go at the TV and I'll make them watch Flog It. That's all!0 -
OK I like the show BUT I do generally switch on halfway through to avoid the waffle at the start and see the later rounds which actually matter. Also recently they've put an ad break back at the end of it which means they've cut down on the sob stories in the normal games where they're not dressing up the contestants.
It's a mystery to me why anyone would wait up to 4yrs to get on the show if they're picked, and then proceed to act like an idiot with all this "WAHEY LET'S GET THE BANKER'S MONEY! BLUE! BLUE! BLUE!" clowning and chanting nonsense, or let their family tell them when to deal, or let perfect strangers in the crowd pick their boxes. It's these players that cry hardest of all when they deal and have a larger sum in their box.
The live shows where contestants were making these decisions with a ticking clock were more interesting as there just wasn't the time for all the clowning and mucking about by either Noel, or the player themselves.0 -
I'd love to open the boxesin numerical order. No story, no crap.0
