Does anybody know where I stand with regards to a PPI sold via a Used Car Dealership that's no longer in business

I'm not certain for sure but I think about 6 and a half years ago!!

Hi, interested in the answer to this as it appears we are in the same boat! The lender have referred us to the car sales company, who dont seem to be about now. The loan was sold back in 2003 and finalised in 2007.

Just tried phoning the Finance and Leasing Association (the trade body that the lender belongs) for advice but closed for the day, so will try again in the morning.
