I agree with The Captain.
BMW/MINI can be surprisingly reasonable for some parts. I owned a 51 MINI and some of the bits I needed were cheap/good value.
Unless the MINI came with 15" wheels and the optional spacesaver spare was specified then it won't come with a jack. The man without a signature.0 -
Genuine Mini black-coloured wheel nuts are around £4 each, and a set of four Mini locking wheel nuts would be around £50 from a Mini dealer (all manufacturers charge about the same). So you're looking at £100 all up.
Alternatively you can get a set of plastic wheel nut covers for less than £10 from Ebay, but I don't think they would fit the locking wheel nuts."Retail is for suckers"

I say you should get rid of those locking wheel nuts and just have four normal wheel nuts on each wheel, they are such a waste of money, and some designs can get chewed up and stuck on the wheel costing you a lot to remove, worst case scenario you have to buy a new wheel and pay a lot of labour charges.
The Ebay item linked to above is a design which is unlikely to get chewed but on the other hand it is a design which is easily removed without a key or with a home-made key to be more precise. What I also find strange about the ebay item linked to, is the picture shows a 'key' and 4 normal bolts , so where are the 4 "locking bolts" as described?
This one shows the locking nut, the key and 3 normal nuts

A lot of these things are easily removed without a key which is why they are a waste of money.
If and when you do buy new bolts.......you change them one at a time then you won't have to raise the car off the road, easy to do but make sure you have someone there who knows what they are doing you obviously have no clue and could therefore endanger yourself and other road users.
If you want my advice- I would leave all your non-locking bolts in place, the fact that they are dirty is not a problem.
- I would buy 4 non locking bolts, either £4ea new or from a scrap yard for 25p each
- Change the locking ones for non lockers
- buy some chrome/black caps from Ebay you choose which you like best seems like a waste of money to me but if you want shiny you get shiny.
Not saying these are for your car but these are what is meant by 'caps'
