in Water bills
Is this correct based on rateable value.
Bill has gone from £380 to £479. That a whopping 25% plus. I understand a 5% increase or even 10% but over 25% is silly.
How can I check this is correct?

Was last year for a complete year(12 months)
Easy to check current bill. Look up UU website with your RV and work it out. http://www.unitedutilities.com/bill.aspx
If your RV is, say, £200 it will be 200 x xxp for water and 200 x yyyp for sewerage + standing charge.
Don't forget to check if you are being charged for Surface Water drainage.0 -
As above!!!
Check last years bill to see how it was made up against this years.
If you don't have last years bill go to the UU website and sign up for their online account management, register for paperless billing and then you can see all of your historical bills0
