HSBC - Sent me a new debit card (but never requested it?)

Hmmmmm today i checked my post and saw i got a new HSBC debit card... but i haven't requested it at all?


what is this? new technology in the chip or???


card looks the same silver with the map of the world on it... nothing new?

• Halifax Back up A/C
• Lloyds (Spending) A/C
• RBS Back up A/C
• Barclays Old A/C
• Nationwide Old A/C

    course not, (only just got the card now) going to phone them about this.


    maybe its just an error or something new on the card ? who knows.

    We recently had new cards with new numbers,I think its another kind of safety issue as i buy a lot online.

    Does the letter say anything ?

    Might be for a contactless card.

    right well they said they cant really explain its just some security features on the new card...


    dunno whats new but meh new card yay...
