Cheap weekend away - Italy - suggestions?

Booked Milan flight for £45 each return inc taxes via EasyJet and hotel via EasyHotels as per their 'we will refund double the difference if you find the same hotel on another site for less'.

They have confirmed via e-mail that I will get double the difference - 4* hotel on their site was £551 for 3 nights, same hotel on another site was £230 for 3 nights = £314.60 difference. This means a total refund of £629.20 against hotel which was £551 so I will be in credit by £78.70 for some spending money and get 3 nights 4* hotel free!

I've tried apply this idea to Sorrento in September 21st to 28th. After an hour of searching i found out that the price on easyjet hotel had dropped a 100 pounds from when i started! Has anyone else found this? Any ideas of any cheap alternatives please? I could do September 29 to October 5 instead.
