If you're thinking about ordering anything from heatandplumb.com, just be cautious &hold off for a while.

I placed an order with them 2 weeks ago now. They immediately took payment from my card, but for the last week have been totally incommunicado. They haven't picked up the phone or responded to emails at all. Rumours on some review sites are that they've gone under.

I obviously don't know if this is the case, but perhaps wait a while before placing your order

There's a related thread on the Consumer rights board, and their website states that they are having phone problems.

But as e-mails can be collected and answered from anywhere, the phone problems don't explain why e-mails are being ignored.

I have had the same experience, ordered on 23rd February, goods not received, emails ignored. Suggest potential buyers be warned.
