Can you use it to shop online?
Application form says yes, but never tried myself as I'm a coupon addict.

how do you go about doing it? just hand over the cash or do you need to fill out a paying in slip? I've never seen anyone else with a green clubcard plus card so I'm not sure if they will know how to top it up either!

You walk up to CSD cash in one hand, cc+ in the other. say "I'd like to put this in my account please" They do something on the till so that you get a receipt for your money + it gets immediately creditted. They also write it down on an A4 sheet for their own records.

Scary CS ladies are amazingly nice when you aren't getting a R+R ;)

Is this Clubcard Plus a Credit Card? Will they check your credit rating/do a search first?

Yes they will do a credit check, but it's a debit card, not credit.

LOL well if I can use it online too that's even better!
And if I can withdraw cash on it then super! :D That means any money I DO stick on it I don't have to spend in Tesco...

Well I'll see what the documentation actually says when I get it... ;)
