I emailed apple on their website and in less than 24 hours i had a nice email from someone in their customer services dept, the money returned, changed my password and had my account reinstated.

Fair play to apple i would say, even though it shouldn't have happened in the first place, for their quick resolution to the problem.

Hope others have as good a service from Apple.

I have also had £52.00 taken out of my iTunes account over the past 2 days off a gift card attached to it. I have no credit cards on file so that's good on that respect! I have emailed Apple and are yet to receive a response to my email. I have also spoken to Apple believe it or not and lodged a complaint, I want my money back and am hopping mad. I have changed my email address and changed my password too. I hope that no on else has this happen to them as it feels horrible it truly does to have this happen.:mad:
