hi every one just want to let every on know about the letters i have reacived from the customer complaince team 2 letters off them over the past two years .
one letter starts off like this WE NEED TO SEE YOU TO REVIEW YOUR CLAIM TO BENEFIT and the other letter starts like this WE NEED TO SEE YOU AS A QUERY HAS ARRISEN OVER YOUR CLAIM TO BENEFIT -WHATS HAPPEND it's always a nice member of the public who has reported you even though it was all completely made up lies ,i still had to go down and explain , and fight my corner -just be aware .
hope this helps other people who fall victim to this , when you go down you get a stern talking to and the rest... even though your inocent0
