Thanks guys, you're too kind! It's odd as before I stopped smoking I was a chicken a mushroom pie and chips bloke every single night. My OH was brilliant at sorting packed lunches when we went anywhere but I didn't eat much. Too busy smoking. I was 10 stones back then too.

Once I dumped the weed, I discovered an appetite then started cooking. I'm hardly the galloping gourmet but I am prepared to cook something for myself these days whereas before I wasn't. Oh, I weigh almost 15 stone now! :eek:

Me and OH have both put on a few stone last few years think it's our age, middle age spread. We don't have any other excuses like quitting smoking well I don't, OH does a bit. I'm really lucky my OH is a good cook like you but roasts are the one thing he detests. He says when I cook I just heat up things. That's because I can't resist a whoopsie that you pop straight in the oven.
