In case anyone doesn't know any of the dvds on the site are going through as bogof, so you could buy lion king trilogy and pirates box set for £19.99 plus postage though, plus there is a 5% off code hanging about. Hope this helps someone, I really wanted Lady and the Tramp for my DD, which was sold out. I have now found it for £8.95 on the hut.
I've got to go to bed...as at this time of night my LO turns into a little devil and my lounge ends up the messiest place in the world, whilst my OH lays on the sofa snoring!! Night all. Hugs to all, hope you all have a lovely day tomorrow x
Im sure i read somewhere that disney dvds are bogof in Mr T's, - i hope i wasn't dreaming it as a bit of a strange dream to have xxVery proud to be Strip club member No 430 -

I had the same in Sainsbobs tonight. There was loads of meat reduced by 85% and hardly anyone there yet two scruffy blokes worked together to block it off and virtually took the lot.
The guy doing the reducing was really being hassled by them and eventually did the rest of the reducing out the back.
They were still waiting though and watched him come out then pounced again!!
I eventually managed to get some, but only because I joined forces with another lady who was complaining about them and we played them at their own game!
Most of the really decent stuff had gone by then though.
I wish the staff would say something to people like this....especially as apparently these two are well known for doing this every week.
T's had some really good fruit & veg reductions, but rubbish elsewhere.
My daughter said that she'd just missed the whoopsies in Waitrose last week...and there appeared to have been a lot judging by people's trolleys.
Does anyone know what time they reduce stuff in the evenings?
Purdiat and beki88.........you really do need to be having a word. Don't talk to SA's or lads reducing the stuff, talk to the manager. They are usually very helpful as it won't just be you thats getting annoyed and the managers won't like the odd one or two people annoying other shoppers.0 -
Well made my 3rd trip of the day to the Hotel C this evening with my cousin, had given her some vouchers to use and took some for myself but only used 1 each as cousin was afraid SA would say no. We both got the Easter Selector, she chose the hazelnut liquer + vodka and I chose the soft caramel ones. Took them back to my Aunts where the 6 of us tried one of the caramel (yummy) but no one else wanted the hazelnut ones (I don't drink so smell turned me) Cousin tried a bite but spat it out, she then offered one to her OH who also didn't like it
SA said they'd had a load of people in today using the vouchers so I hope some of you locals got nice stuff

Quick update before bed-time
Got friend to take a large van-load of car boot stuff out of Mr 3Dogs' storage units and down to auction so they will be in the sale tomorrow :j He will do another load next Thursday but I will take some individual bits in on Monday for Wednesday's sale too
A couple of friends were worried that Alan had finished his antibiotics yet still had gunk coming out through that drain, so I reqested call-back from Doc and when he rang, he said he'd call in to see Alan after evening surgery, as he'd been meaning to see him after seeing letter from hospital. He came at 7.20 pm and gave Alan a good check over and decided that he didn't need antibiotics, so that is good
Shattered now so off to bed - night night guysMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

I can assure you it was far thicker than that. I had thinned it down though as I could stand the spoon up in it to begin with!!! :rotfl:
I cheated, it was only bisto for chicken anyway but I do make it with the water from the veg.0 -
nictrinwyn wrote: »Thanks Tinyshoes, had a quick look tonight myself and scanned a big Peppa Pig, but still £10. Forgot to mention to everyone that I got DTD on those meats 2 for £8. I bought one gammon and one chicken, both had the stickers on, but no discount came off. Considered buying a few, but I have no freezer space and not a massive saving, as paid £10 and got £4 back.
Nearly bought a pack of magnums, as I saw them for £1, but resisted...to find that someone said they might have gone through for 10p!!!...funnily enough I saw someone with loads in their trolley yesterday, when I did nappy run and I remember thinking it was strange...why oh why did I not buy any and why have I not bought a second freezer yet???:rotfl::rotfl:
Nevermind, I forgot to get my stain remover so I will go to TP tomo for this and maybe buy a magnum or two..as it is on way to MIL whom I bought 40 easter eggs for tonight...plus 10 more for OH mate at work and 6 treasure eggs for us, just coz they were cheap...total on easter eggs £56!!! after coupons £41 :T
Sorry waffling again..best pay some attention to my LO...I have half the laptop to read and browse internet..other half of laptop is either playing Peppa Pig or Special Agent OSO non stop, while LO climbs all over me.
Noticed the meats had a SEL of 2 for £8 too, well think it was right ones but decided against it. I got a Game of Life adventures game for £4.50, my Little Pony set £3.50 (SEL £7) these were on end of an aisle upstairs, couple of Iron Man figures for £2 each. Few bits sorted for xmas.
Noticed that towels etc have been further reduced. Anyone remember the double packs of bath sheets from Ts Direct for £4 well I managed to get the matching hand towels for £1.82 and facecloths for 50p.
Also noticed a lot of RTCs in the cereal bar section today most were OOS though, looked like a plague of locusts had gone through. Guess everyone after something a bit more healthy, most only about half price though.0
